About this venue
Greenbank Garden is a charming walled garden with sizeable lawns, just 20 minutes’ drive from Glasgow city centre. Visitors can stroll around the colourful garden and surrounding woodland, or relax by the beautiful statue of Foam – a bronze water nymph set in a circular pool with fountains.
Greenbank was built for Robert Allason in the 1760s – he made his money as a tobacco merchant and slave trader in the days when Glasgow was the second city of the British Empire.
Today, the large garden provides an urban oasis for a variety of outdoor events including team-building activities, summer barbecues and marquee dinners. Our dedicated team will work with you to create a truly unique and unforgettable event.
