The space is otherwise lit by the light from the bar, which stretches the length of the far wall. There is also light from the 3 television screens on the wall above the bar. The round tables and chairs are covered in black covers and balloon arrangements can be seen throughout the space.

Chairs are positioned into 5 curving rows facing a large projection screen and a transparent lectern with a laptop. There are cream curtains pulled back on either side of the projection. 2 projectors can be seen on the ceiling and 3 wall mounted TV screens can be seen in the room. Multiple doorways are visible.
