Shilling Brewing Co. is the first to bring the brewpub experience to the heart of Glasgow. A place where an appreciation of the art and science of brewing is at the core of what we do and for all to see, taste and enjoy.

Glasgow has been pioneering the perfect pint for over 400 years and the Shilling Brewing Co. is contributing to the next chapter in this story by creating a space where everyone can discover and appreciate beer, straight from the source. This includes our range of beers designed to be enjoyed fresh, just meters from where they are brewed, alongside a host of beers sourced from pioneering craft breweries and long-established household legends.

Beer masterclasses are available to book for parties of between 4 and 14 guests, while table bookings for parties of all sizes are always welcome.

Alongside beer, pizza is our speciality; it’s a match made in heaven. Our pizzas are made from scratch in house by Roberto our pizzaiolo, who uses his own special recipe to make his dough along with a blend of baker’s and brewer’s yeast from our on-site brewery.

Proved for 48 hours, the dough is cooked in our cupola oven and topped with a tempting array of fresh ingredients, resulting in the best pizzas, great for sharing along with a pint of your favourite beer.
