Glasgow Convention Bureau created a bespoke Glasgow IEEE Tartan to celebrate the city's proud 30 year history of hosting IEEE conferences.
The IEEE Glasgow Tartan celebrates the 'clan' that is IEEE, the fabric was created using traditional methods, woven in Scotland. The design incorporates IEEE colours and blends with the flag of Scotland. The colours were chosen to represent the IEEE brand; blue represents knowledge, integrity, expertise and stability, while white represents light, safety and purity.
